Rich was
born in Carmichael California and grew up in Chugiak
Alaska. He graduated from Chugiak High School in
Eagle River Alaska. Later, he attended the
University of Alaska - Anchorage. His wife,
Michelle Legg, is a digital artist for a professional
photographer.
The Leggs have an
19 year old son, Kris, and two daughters Missy (12) and
Sarah (10). Family activities include church,
music, photography and rock climbing (you can visit Rich's
photography blog at
www.leggnet.com).
Rich
specializes in Salt Lake, Davis, Tooele and Utah counties, and
keeps fully informed on all real estate offerings across
northern Utah.
In December of 2004,
Rich opened his own real estate brokerage, Legacy One
Real Estate. By directing his own company,
Rich can use his expertise in real estate and Utah to
further help the lives of those he serves - his clients. |

In addition
to working day to day in the real estate industry, Rich
is an instructor and teaches classes each month at
Stringham Real Estate School in Salt Lake and Utah
Counties. By actively working in Real Estate
Education, Rich can keep abreast of changes in the
industry.
